Beta software

WhisperSignal is in beta. Features may change or be removed, the service may be interrupted, and data may be reset. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time.

Your account

You need a working email address you control to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including automated scraping, attempts to bypass rate limits, or interference with other users.

Acceptable use

WhisperSignal is for your personal use. Do not redistribute, resell, or systematically collect the data or content the service provides.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhisperSignal is not liable for any losses, including trading losses, arising from your use of the service.
